Services

CITeda’s services support complex IT initiatives, drawing particularly on relevant experience in banking and insurance. The contribution may cover objective clarification, requirements structuring, delivery coordination, process optimisation and support for implementation, transition and stabilisation.

1. Requirements analysis and definition

Needs and objectives are clarified, relevant perspectives are aligned, and requirements are documented in a structured and traceable form. The result provides a clear basis for decisions, implementation and validation.

Interviews and workshops are conducted with relevant stakeholders to understand the context, needs and existing constraints. Functional and non-functional requirements are identified and prioritised, acceptance criteria are defined, and traceability is maintained from business need through requirement and decision to validation. The resulting documentation is structured and validated with the relevant stakeholders.

Where relevant, the analysis also considers the impact of regulatory requirements or internal controls on processes, systems and responsibilities.

2. Project and programme management

Initiatives are planned and coordinated with continued attention to objectives, dependencies, risks, decisions and agreed outcomes. Responsibilities and collaboration mechanisms remain clear throughout delivery.

The work plan, roles, responsibilities, governance structure and relevant indicators are defined. Collaboration across teams and business areas is coordinated, while progress, budget, quality, risks and issues are monitored and timely decision-making is supported.

Reporting, escalation and control mechanisms are adapted to the context, scale and requirements of the initiative.

3. Process optimisation

Current processes are assessed to identify practical opportunities for simplification, control and improved efficiency. Lean and Six Sigma principles are applied where appropriate.

Processes are reviewed across their full lifecycle, performance is assessed, and root causes are identified. Improved workflows, the removal of non-value-adding activities, and proportionate controls and indicators are proposed in line with process risks and objectives.

Recommendations are prioritised according to impact, feasibility and implementation effort.

4. Systems implementation support

Support is provided for the planning, coordination and validation of implementation and integration activities, aligned with agreed requirements, existing processes and relevant constraints. The contribution may cover configuration, testing, data migration, operational readiness and controlled transition into production.

The contribution includes defining and validating solution configuration against agreed functional and technical requirements. Integration and migration activities are coordinated and followed through, including preparation, reconciliation and validation of results.

Support is provided for planning and performing functional and non-functional testing, managing defects and validating acceptance criteria. Production transition, stabilisation and handover into operational use are prepared alongside the client’s and suppliers’ teams.

Control, traceability, security and regulatory requirements are followed through within the relevant activities, in accordance with the responsibilities agreed for the initiative.

How the services work together

The services may be used independently or as a connected path across an initiative. Each stage clarifies the decisions, responsibilities and conditions required for the next.

Clarification

Understanding needs, objectives, constraints and expected outcomes.

Structuring

Defining the working framework, responsibilities, priorities and initiative plan.

Coordination

Aligning teams, dependencies, decisions and communication.

Implementation

Supporting configuration, integration, testing and operational readiness.

Control

Monitoring progress, quality, risks and applicable requirements.

Continuity

Supporting transition, stabilisation and subsequent improvements.
